All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours .
We offer a flat postage rate of $4 to non rural NZ addresses and $8 Rural through Fast way Couriers.
Orders within NZ over $150 are freight free.
After dispatch, you will be emailed with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it during transit.

Orders are sent via NZ Post standard airmail service.
International courier prices can be quoted when asked and will be on-charged to customers if accepted.
No added tax will be added on international orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If your product is faulty we will happily replace it or refund you or offer you a store credit to the returned value.
If you decide the product you purchased is not for you then you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the goods to us in the original packaging, unused and with the receipt or exchange card.
It will be Zee Zee Merino’s discretion to offer you a store credit to the same value.
